Faithful To No One But Themselves
Bad communication Bad selection of courier. Once the *********** courier has loaded the parcel it does not mean the transaction has been concluded. Such a pity because you supply good products . I will never buy from you again

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am so sorry to hear that you have been disappointed. I see that your order was handed over to the courier on the 26/06 which gives them until Wednesday 03/07 by end of business to delivery as we take up to 5 working days to complete delivery of our goods.
I just checked in with our couriers now and the issue was that your parcel was handed over to the incorrect driver. I can see that they have contacted you to let you know your order will be delivered tomorrow. Please know that our couriers are by no means perfect, but they generally do get our deliveries right. We have a 98% success rate with them and they deliver over 5000 orders for us monthly. I assure you, your complaint has not been taken lightly and has been escalated to the managers at the courier company to resolve.
We would hate to loose you as a customer due to one mishap with a courier. I know they can do better, as they usually do.
I will get in touch with you via email to discuss this matter further and resolve it favourably.
