Faithful To Nature disappoints and confuses its customers

Faithful To Nature's website states delivery within 3 to 5 days (Website FAQ: Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination). It DOES NOT state that this 2 to 5 day delivery period only starts AFTER packing and dispatch at the Cape Town offices. Which means actually delivery is only 8 to 10 days after order placement...deliberately confusing the public and not very efficient for a SA company? furthermore, what is the need of the "special delivery notes" field on the order if it is not acted upon? I asked for delivery not later than a certain date (which was 5 days after I placed the order) and even when Faithful to Nature knows that this cannot be done (considering their confusing delivery promise on the website), they still ignore my request noted and don't even bother informing me otherwise? Very disappointing service and information sharing indeed!! Deliberate confusing messaging to customers!!
