Faithful to Nature Delivers Expired Food Products

For the second time in succession, Faithful to Nature delivered expired food product and fed products that were days away from expiring. Kayleen Stone responded to my complaint as follows"Thanks for your response.

We will refund you for the 1x oat cream and 1x coconut water via your original payment method. I will then add a credit to your profile for the free coconut water and you could then add that to one of your other orders or spend it on something else. Love and Light". This never happened. Numerous emails to Kayleen and an Instagram message about this have just been ignored. The complaint stems from May! Am a loyal customer but have re-evaluated my relationship with this company.
