Faithful through thick and thin

I ordered goods on 5 June, at the time I was aware that the items were out of stock but was willing to wait, when some of the stock came in it was sent off to me and I was kept informed of the outstanding stock continuously. Such great service, unfortunately their supplier still can't give them an ETA, but Faithful to Nature have no issue with refunding. Such integrity when times are tough for all businesses, not to mention the service is ALWAYS outstanding!
