Extreme disgusting service and supplier !!!

I ordered a product early December 2019 and it took almost 3 weeks to deliver. When delivered the product was damaged and a health hazard to use. I was promised that they would replace the product and give me a refund in 2019. By 13 January I had not received any communication from them and then emailed Kayleen Stone. She immediately called me and then promised she would get the couriers to deliver the product the next day. The long and short of this is that Kayleen was dishonest in making arrangements to deliver as the courier explained they only collected from warehouse from 11:00 and therefore could only deliver after 2pm and not in the morning. The product delivered was also damaged as the previous delivery! A manager ( Catherine I think was her name)called me last week apologizing profusely and said she will follow up with my refund by Monday 13th January and it's 15th today and no call has been made neither have I received a refund! The manager is also so inefficient and therefore her staff is not equipped to assist clients with these kinds of malfunction of online shopping. I hope this would give them a wake up call.
