Excellent customer service!

I received my order and found that one bottle had leaked during transit. When I reported this to them I expected just an apology , nothing else. However, I was amazed and pleasantly surprised when customer satisfaction ninja Micheale Isaacs said they would send me a replacement, plus gifts, as a gesture of goodwill! I was very happy to receive these just 2 days later. Very well done, please keep up the good work! Very happy greenie :)
