Excellent communication on delivery delays,

I don't order from FtN that often - ( I'm just not all the healthy or green) - but when I do it always a pleasure.

My latest order is delayed. The delay isn't bothering me, but the email they sent out where the politely gave detailed reasons for why they're running behind was exceptional.

It's no wonder that FtN has such consistently high ratings.
