Dad service Faithful to Nature and Wumdrop

On December 23, 2022, I placed my order with Faithful To Nature (Order ***) before 10:00 am. I paid a surcharge for delivery the same day, but have not yet received the goods. No communication from Faithful to Nature or the delivery company, namely Wumdrop. Please, if you cannot offer a service, do not advertise and take money from your clients. The delivery company phoned me today, 24 December 2022, stating that they cannot deliver my parcel is locked away.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. As mentioned when I spoke to you telephonically I am terribly sorry about the poor service you received. I have escalated this to the Wumdrop management as this is totally unacceptable. I have processed your refund as requested.
