Bad Service, Badly Shipped Product

Received my order 5 days after placing it. Terrible experience with FNT's couriers. They got my address WRONG (no idea how they can get it wrong, differing from the address I provided in the first place!). Upon requesting FTN to let me know WHEN my order would arrive they got it completely wrong, and I got different answers from different people I spoke with. Finally, the couriers showed up.

Upon receiving my order, the item, after unwrapping it, was hot to the touch (40 degrees celcius or more). My estimates are the the item could have gotten to 70 degrees celcius or even 90 degrees celcius in transit since the courier service vehicle wasn't even ventilated, much less refrigerated, and being that it was the peak of summer.

Upon taking up this issue with FTN they told me that 'it should be fine', however upon my requesting WHY they stated this, they could not provide me with an answer. Obviously having supplements overheat for days in transit IS NOT fine! Some supplements *WILL* BREAK DOWN.

Upon further interaction with FTN they said their operations manager would contact me about the matter. They did not do so.

At least twice FTN never returned my calls or e-mails.

I returned the product and then had to endure courier nightmare service one more time upon them attempting to collect the item again. (The courier failed to show up before their own deadline.)
