Bad Service
On November 11, 2022, I placed my order with Faithful To Nature (Order #***) before 10:00 am. I paid a surcharge for delivery the same day, but have not yet received the goods. No communication from Faithful to Nature or the delivery company. Please, if you are unable to offer a service, do not advertise and take money from your clients.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am terribly sorry that you did not receive your order the same day after paying for the same day service. You are you 100% correct, this is completely unacceptable service. I can see that your order was collected from our warehouse at 13:48 on Friday and I see it was only delivered to you the next day. I am going to investigate this and take it up with our service provider as they have really let us and you down.
