The entire FTN experience is absolutely amazing! From the friendly and user-friendly website, to the check out process. Orders are delivered quickly, well packaged and breakable items are well wrapped to protect them during transportation. The free samples are the best because it's like a lucky packet - you never know what you're going to get. The staff at FTN are extremely friendly & willing to help WHEREVER they can and sometimes late at night. The responses to queries etc are fast and so polite. I love the little hand-written notes on the invoice which is popped inside the box. That little personal touch means so much.
