Always happy, but currently disappointed customer.

I honestly am unhappy with regards to my current order, because I have been waiting for it for the past 2 weeks! I've called Dawn Wing numerous times and they gave me the contact details of a third party who supposedly has my parcel. Since last week, we have been seeing a Dawn Wing delivery vehicle in our neighborhood, but there's never a delivery for me... And now we're two weeks in! This Dawn Wing third party just doesn't take my calls, but clearly they're using the phone, because sometimes when I call, I get a "number currently busy" message. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences shopping on Faithful to Nature and I really don't want to give a bad review. But this parcel is important because it helps with my dad's glaucoma, so to have to go through such a hassle just to receive it, is pretty frustrating! I figured since I'm not getting much help from Dawn Wing, maybe Faithful to Nature would be more successful than I have been so far. I won't give a bad review, because honestly, Faithful to Nature is currently my favorite online merchant in SA and I'm far from done shopping with them. I would however, appreciate a delivery of my parcel this week.
