It definitely does not help to complain about a Financial Advisor's ********* behaviour - NO Action is taken.

It does not even help to refer the issue to the Financial Services Tribunal. THE RULING The application is dismissed. The Ombud is not a disciplinary body and does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaint. 17 November2020
