So disappointed with this office

DISSAPOINTED i'm so disappointed with fais ombudsman, my case was reffed to this office last year December by long term ombuds. been 7months now but nothing is happening, the case mananger is SIFUNDO TIKI the guy is just playing hide and seek no reply to emails and calls, i have tried his supervisor called MARC ELVES but is the some,these people they just don't care, its like you are dealing with ****mers who are busy misleading people with false promise. that is wrong man, you play with our emotions. 33506/22/23kz1
