Smartfxpro owe me a some of R249000 and I've contacted FAIS Ombud

<p>I invested money in Smartfxpro pro in 2015 towards the end of January as Jabulani Ngcobo as my broker. I made some money and withdrew small amounts twice. When I tried to make a big withdrawal in May I started having issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is what I sent to FSB: "I am sending this email to FSB because I have been having issues with Smartfxpro.<br />My name is Ngcebo Mabuza and I invested R225000.00 into Smartfxpro in February 2016, I have been trying to get my money out since May 2016 and all I have received is empty promises. I have spoken to Kenny Mhangu the financial Director, he then drew a contract for me which stipulated that all my funds would be in my account as of October 2016. All of this has not happen. My introducing Broker to this Platform was Jabulani Ngcobo, he too cannot assist. I am looking for help as these were my savings and I feel ****** of them. The total money owed to me is R249 000. Can someone please assist. "</p> <p> </p> <p>FSB then sent my matter through to FAIS Ombud. I was sent a letter in March stating that should my issue not be felt with in 1 month I should contact them. I have contacted them to no avail and this morning I called again to get hold of my case manager who was MS Noluntu Bam, this morning I get told it is now Ms Sfundo Diki and left my details, I am totally fed up and don't know how else to get assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled Citizen</p> <p>Ngcebo Mabuza</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
