Shocking poor service

<p>If you do not get help nor a response from the FAIS Ombudsman what is left of this office ??? I reported a problem and have had shoody service. REF: FAIS-01565-16/17 GP1</p> <p>i dealt with the supposed Supervisosr Hestie Teessen ********** but no luck</p>
