Ridiculous Service

I lodged a complaint at the end of July and you guys mentioned if I don't get feedback within in a month then I should follow up which I did and u guys said you mailed something to me on my work email address *** which I have never received also said that the person working on my case will be in touch, its now 2 weeks later after I made that call and no one bothered calling me and I haven't received any emails from you people. Case reference number is MK FAIS-11740-19/20 WC 2
