Protecting Insurers

A few weeks ago, I posted that the ombudsman has not responded to my complaints on Momentum & Liberty from Mid 2023. They have since supp**** a report on my Momentum complaint informing me that A Universal Life policy is a Whole Life policy. This is an absurd finding as they are definitely not. The ombudsman has to date failed to respond to my complaint on Liberty, despite my numerous emails. Liberty appointed one of their staff as my advisor in 2002 & in 2015 informed the long-term ombudsman that she was not an advisor but a staff member. The FAIS ombudsman does not have any problem with this & many other problems I reported on Liberty.
