I was paying a policy with 'Shalom Group Scheme' (@ombud) after they deduct the premium before the date, now I am submitting a claim and I am not getting anything it's been 1 month 2 weeks since I've been struggling with the matter. My case was accessed with NFO they also did not help me instead my case my Sent back to the #ombud group. We have borrowed money in the hope of we going to get the claim. We have buried on the 27 of March. The case was said to be closed on the 15th of May.
