No Feedback and not protecting the client

I put in a ***** complaint against my ex-broker. They informed me that they cannot help me, but it is *****, and they will hand it over to FSB, to take it further. I have emailed him twice, to request response. not getting any reply. They admitted that the broker committed *****, but they don't want to make their hands dirty - it seems that they do not protect us as they claim. This guy is getting away with ***** and the FSB and FAIS Ombud is OK with that!
