No communication on the progress while my name is dragged through the mud

To date, I am still waiting for feedback regarding the complaint lodge (Ref No: FAIS-14795-21/22 GP1). The company that I lodged the complaint against has even referred my details to the credit bureau. I am out of options now, it is financially and emotionally draining that this has not been resolved so that I can go about my life.
