Lost trust in Fais Ombudsman

I was confident when escalating my problem to the Fais Ombudsman that they would resolve it. But the very same fais ombudsman that i thought would come to my rescue has failed. I lost trust in their services. I provided every document required so they can investigate the ********** policy from Metropolitan and all was ruled in my favour that i should be refunded but it is more than a month and i have not received a single cent.
