I need help now.

The Ombudsman for Financial Services did not let me wait for a person to speak to. They cut me off. I want to complain about My Debt Hero, who trapped me in to going intop Debt Review and froze my Bank account on 5 March 2021. I was under the impression that, according to the advert, they can reduce my installment that I pay for my loans. I was never told that they use Debt Review. I thought that they would take out a consolidation loan/home loan, which has a lower interest rate than a personal loan. Instead they freeze my bank account and I must go through hell. According to the process I have responded to them on 8 March to tell them of my unhappiness. I then got a response on 16 March whereby I told them the reason for my unhappiness. I need answers today not in 6 weeks. I need my freedom. Thay have imprisoned me.
