Frustration of cancelling Old Mutual Policies

Dear FAIS Ombud,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the continued deduction of monthly premiums from my bank account despite my repeated attempts to cancel my Old Mutual policies since April 2026.

I have been struggling for several months to have these policies cancelled, yet the deductions are still continuing. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary financial inconvenience and frustration.
