FAIS Ombudsman working with the businesses to get away with crime

The FAIS Ombudsman is meant to protect citizens but when it comes to doing this, they actually help businesses get away with ******** acts against South Africans. They appear to be all helpful when they first get the case you open with them but then after a while you just stop hearing from them as the months go buy. They don't respond to emails and they don't phone you. I suppose this is their tactic to make you give up. This is the service I am receiving from Uyanda Phiri. I have contacted her numerous times now and she avoids making contact with me in return. I took it a step further and engaged with Noluntu Bam (Ombud), Bridgette Sehlapelo (Deputy Ombud), Jean Goodey (Finance Manager), Mpho Rametsi (Office Manager) and Hestie but I see everyone at the Ombudsman is s****ed at the art of ignoring South Africa. The Ombudsman is just another South Africa entity meant to help South African's that actually just does not give a **** in reality.
