FAIS Ombudsman not responding

COMPLAINT AGAINST ABSA - Our Reference: SMM FAIS 12877/19-20 WC 3

Is the FAIS Ombudsman working with ABSA? I submitted a complaint more than 5 months ago. They asked Absa for a response once and they have been ignoring my emails and calls. Ma****e at the FAIS Ombudsman has also stopped responding to me.
