FAIS Ombud:Friend or Foe?

*** An agent of Clientele made use of runners,who convinced the people at businesses and taxi ranks,that they enter a BIG competition with HUGE prizes.In this matter he aquired all the necessary information to transfer this information to a policy.She realised she had been ****med when Clientele,deducted 2 premiums of R504.00 for 2 months.I tried to convince Clientele of this trend,with no success.Then I escalated it to the FAIS Ombud.He is suppose to protect the client against scrupulous advisers.I sent him all the proof he needed.With 2 totally different signatures on the "application form" and the real signature and a contract sent to: Kuilsrivier,Kuilsrivier,Kuilsrivier,which will NEVER be delivered successfully (also a ****).My worker has NEVER been in Kuilsrivier!!! despite all these red lights,the FAIS Ombud decided to rule against the client and protect the adviser.
