FAIS Ombud what a disappointment

I bought shares on easy equities and found that the shares I bought disappeared. I lodged a complaint with FAIS Ombud in November 2023 to assist as the case falls under the FAIS Ombud. My case was being handled by Joyce Cebisa and Sifundo Tiki. FAIS Ombud ref no# FAIS-56491-23/24 GP 3 CRM:***. I have on numerous occasions tried getting feedback from them and have had no success. I've left a number of messages to get them to return my calls or give feedback with their receptionist but till now I've had no luck. This is really disappointing that the one company which is supposed to protect consumer rights cant follow its mandate
