Fais ombud, the help which is not there!

I wonder if Faisombud is handling things to help the consumer! I have put in my medical complained against totalriskadministrators Gapcover, for ************** of predisposition Brca2 gene mutation patient, as they see the operation and treatments for a full reconstruction as cosmetic, and therefore do not want to come in between for the shortfalls of my operations, because as a Brca2 gene mutation carrier we do not have cancer, so they say No to paying for shortfall in reconstruction.As a Brca gene mutation carriers, we fight against cancer, which means that we chose to live and therefore choose for a prophylactic double mastectomy, we do not choose this to be beautiful, we choose this to stay a live.If we do not do this we will end up in the group of Breast cancer patients which at the end will cost the medical aids and gap covers much more.It is a huge decision to make as a women and definitely not a **** job.Since the 7th of may, i am trying to get any response of the Faisombud, but nobody even replies on my emails.The persons handling my case are Ma****e and Bryan Nyide, who are it seems always on holiday, because that is the only response I got until know from the automatic email service.It seems that at the faisombud every case is handled like everything else in South Africa. No handling at all!!
