FAIS OMBUD REFUSING TO COMMUNICATE OR ASSIST

I have lodged a complaint with the FAIS ombud specifically Manduleli Nonkondlo a Graduate Trainee, where Nedbank Financial Planning has given poor advise and are contradicting themselves in there documentation. There is also a discrepency that the documents from them state that the funds came from a pension fund, where it most definitely came from a provident fund, where the rules that apply are substantially different. Manduleli Nonkondlo dismissed the case swiftly without looking at all the information supp**** to him. He also ignored follow up emails with my objections and refuses to get his superior to contact me.

I was always of the opinion that the ombudsman will look at all cases properly and that we as the man on the street are protected by them. This is not my experience.
