Fais Ombud is not doing what they claim they do

To say I am disappointed is an understatement, the Fais Ombud does not care about consumers, I think they work with the banks, that is why the banks are not afraid when you mention you will be escalating an issue to the Ombud, they know your complaint will not go anywhere.

Marc Alves, I thought you were going to help me but you didn’t & clearly you have never had any issues that affected your life, it must be nice to have a perfect life like yours, that’s why you don’t care about other human beings.
