Failing to respond to emails. Maybe protecting Insurers.

I have the following complaints with them: -

1. Ref no. FAIS 44101-23/24 since June 2023. 2. Ref no. FAIS 45927-23/24 GP1 since September 2023.

I have emailed them many times for updates, but they do not reply.
