Wish to record the excellent service received from FAISOmbud after a harassing period of several years dealing with FNB and their debt collectors LWM for an account dealt with in an Estate Late.

This related to an Estate for a husband who passed away early 2021. The Estate was wound up in October 2022. FNB handed one account over to LWM (their debt collectors) and demands for payment continued unabated.

The L & D Account was provided to both FNB and LWM, which was simply ignored and demand for payment persisted.

In desperation, FAISOmbud was finally contacted with a request to assist.

Within a matter of two weeks, FNB Debt Review Centre confirmed the account had finally been closed, thanks to the intervention of FAISOmbud!

The service rendered by FAISOmbud is unbelievably refreshing, free to the public and offer an incredibly efficient service with constant updates. Highly recommended!
