Excellent service
I logged a a complaint with the Fais Ombud. Firstly when I called the lady was so sweet and very welcoming. She gave me details to send a formal complaint on email.
On the 2nd day Nonhlanhla Mngomezulu attend my query and went above the call of duty in assisting
