DISSAPOINTED

I'm disappointed in which the fias ombudsman has been dealing with my case. It's almost 6months and I'm still waiting for my case to be resolved.They don't do what they suppose to do.The ombudsman should be able to resolve things easily but The FAIS is not taking our complains seriously
