CAPITEC REFUSES TO PAY OUT A FUNERAL CLAIM

I am writing this on behalf of myself and sister Sindiswa Cynthia Mbele.

On the 16th of October 2024, We filed a claim for David Manuel, my cousin who was brutally shot and killed on the 8th of October. On the same day the claim reflected.

But the next day when we went to pay the Funeral Undertaker the payment declined and we went to the nearest bank to inquire, the response was that the incident is still under pending assessment.

We are now in debt with loan sharks cause we had to borrow money for the funeral to proceed, to date the claim has not been paid out when we call there is no reason but the account is on hold and funds are frozen. Can it be resolved by the end of business today as there are no pending documents on our side.

I then went again to the branch and I was told Lillian Boshoff is the person behind the hold of my account and termination of my policy. We trust and have faith in your company, please help.
