Bad service ever

I don't this this company need to have people like Zine, she's the case manager however she can't ever manage her cases, I have a complaint with one of the insurance company, and Zine closed the case without telling me the feedback and I will call her every now and then she always promised to call me back and now she's saying I need to re submit the complaint again really. I believe this is unprofessional
