Allow me to convey my sincerely gratitude to the employee of FAIS Ombud Office by the name of Nozipho Madlala, I had a car accident case which goes back to 2013 since then I have been battling to get this matter resolved despite me providing and assisting Legal wise and their lawyers with info they required it did not help at all, I had to always call them for updates they never bothered despite the several emails I have send them. This employee has demonstrated a true selflessness of how she respect and love her job. From day one she contacted me after I have sent my matter to the Ombud office I had hope I could tell that she took the matter seriously because after that she kept giving me updates whenever she contacted the other parties involved, I am filled with joy because finally this matter it came to an end...without her I would be still not knowing whether I'm coming or going. She is the treasure that FAIS OMBUD must take care of these days it's rare to find people who are dedicated, professional, has integrity she's just so outstanding and magnificent she gives you time to talk and she listens attentively, there is no word to describe her during all this process she was so excellent hopefully people like get recognized and be appreciated for the job well done because I do.
