You fail your clients

This is an administrator i that i would never recommend to anyone. The service you as client gets, is very very very poor. Whenever you do get hold of an consultant to assisted you, they cant 100% assist you or give satisfactory answer. They promise to call you back, but it barely happens. The email communication is just as poor, as there is no confirmation on emails or any feedback. There administration and record keeping is very bad.

I have terminate with fairsure in August 2024. File withdraw claim in April and its already a month and no funds is paid out. Do people really have to wait months to a year to receive pension fund? This is so bad as some people depent on this money to keep their households on the run. How do Fairsure employee sleep, knowing they fail so many clients??!! Or does the CEO even knows how many clients are struggling to get good an stress free services from their company
