Worst company ever beware

You know even to the 1 star is generous this company is showing me hell after I have been calling for a week this lady thoko for ccpaw who I finally got hold of trying to get payment on my claim mind you the claim was send to them on the 8th May and I got a payment of R3270 after I have been with them for more than 2yeays and when I went back to my previous employer i was told it's impossible since they were making payments of R1376 and when I called then I asked for a statement they said I must send an email I did that it's been three weeks now no response and when I call she tells me she will call me back with feedback in ten minutes I called more than 5 times now I'm not longer getting through I have written complaint via email no response and I think this company is taking people for granted
