Unacceptable behaviour! Do better!!!

I have never seen a company that would purposefully ignore communications from its clients! No one seems to care! My 2pot application was submitted and have been trying to follow up to no avail! The level of disrespect and carelessness of the staff is unmatched! One is ought to get an acknowledgement of receipt for their applications, not with this institution! How are we supposed to trust such people with our lifetime retirement savings? Dealing with y’all is so frustrating! I wish there was an option to take my business elsewhere! This is unacceptable!
