Resignation

Horrible service, they never respond to emails (unathi, Luyanda and Bheki). a call re-direct for 40 minutes or be told they are all in a meeting. 5 months later of fruitless claim. They kept saying my documents are missing however they confirmed that documents are complete two months ago, what is going on? So much frustrations, too much mediocre.
