RESIGNATION CLAIM PAYOUT

I have send my claim for my retirement payout on the 31 October 2024. I was told it was received and it will take 6 weeks for my payout to be paid into my bank account. It's been 3 months and I am still waiting. I am been assisted by Natalie, everytime i call her to make a follow up is when she will attend to my claim. She told me i will get my payment before the 15 December 2024 and it never happened, she later told me it will be before month end of December 2024, it never happened. Then i was told she is on leave and no body can assist me apart from her. She came back from leave and told me she app**** for SARS and she received a response and she will take my file to the manager to authorize for payment and my money will be paid before month end of January. Still is not paid, whenever i call her she makes promises that my money will be paid but it seems like she only attend to my file when I make a follow up but the is no progress. I have never been this stressed in my life, worse being assisted by people who don't take our claims serious and fail to attend to them. I need my money, my debit orders have not be paid. I really don't no what to do anymore. 3 months is too long.
