Provident fund payout

I've been struggling for the past two months trying to get a response from fairsure on the 13th of May 2025 i recieved an email saying my claim is being processed and I should check back with them by the 23rd of May 2025. Nothing has happened so far with regards to my clsim i set emails to fairsure with no avail i also contacted a lawyer with rrgards to this matter and the just don't reply to our emails and phone calls i sent daily emails to Sifiso Cele but he also doesn't reply i don't know what kind of business they are running but playing with people's time and money is not fair my family and i we are on the brink of becoming homeless and my kids driver doesn't want to drive them to school anymore due to none payment so tell me what you want me to do a claim payout usually takes 7 to 14 working days but it's been 2 and a half months that I'm still waiting
