Pension Fund not paying out

I would like to express our frustration with Fairsure . My husband is a member of KZN pension fund. He was medical boarded on the 9th of June 2024. Since then we've been calling Fairsure and everytime they've been promising that my husband pension fund is on the process of paying out. He've been promised to also get a monthly salary every month. The biggest frustration is that all his policies and debit orders has been lapsed since there is no income received. Sifiso Cele has been assisting us and sending emails but no response from Fairsure. I even directly contacted Fairsure and spoke to Bheki who always promise to process my husband pension fund.
