PENSION FUND APPLICATION WITH FAIRSURE AND KZN MUNICIPAL FUND
I have been trying to help my fiance' to get his pensiopn money. he has worked for the municipality for 12 years. When he left he didnt even get a handshake. Fairsure is managing this pension now and the more i call for feedback and email and ask others to get hold of them we are being told nothing. i was dealing with Sifiso Cele at first and also spoke to Luyanda Gawal but since then they arent retuning calls or responding to emails while we are sitting for 2 months waiting and no one is helping Paul. Even the person i handed this over to from Liberty cant even get hold of sifiso as per his words. I am sick and tired of waiting and following up for money Paul worked for while we sit starving with no lights and water and we have kids to see to. This is terrible customer service and i dont see why he should be chasing behind anyone, they should be keeping him informed. The pay out supposed to be done by the 25th but if it isnt done then what do we do since no one wants to assist us.
