Non payment of resignation benefits after 4 months.

I was dismissed on 6 August 2024. All my documents were submitted to Fairsure on 26 August 2024.Natalie Hartzenburg confirmed via email that my benefit would be paid by end of October. I enquired after end of October and was told to call end of November. Natalie informed me on 2 December about changes to tax law in terms of two pot which I do not believe. I contributed to the pension fund for 20 years and I'm still unemployed. Living in a night shelter as I have no money for accommodation yet I have 20 years of pension fund money which Fairsure is not paying.
