No pension payout

I have resigned 7 months ago and I have not received my payout. Others have received it but I have not. I feel like I am either being victimized by the staff for following up or I am a victim of *****. How can it be that everyone else is paid but I am waiting? My loans are in arrears and no one responds. They do not respond to emails and queries. Have they ****** the money because no one can find out what is happening. Am I a victim of *****? Will I die of depression because of this? Fairsure will be responsible.
