No communication

Shocking experience. My husband was told to expect a 4 to 6 week wait for his pension payout after his resignation date - we are now close on 8 weeks and have not received any communication or feedback from fairsure. We cannot get hold of them on any contact numbers and they take forever to answer emails, with no feedback when they do.
