Negligence to comply with pension funds rules

I have logged a claim with them of my late brother since from December,all necessary documents were forwarded to them since from month of January and they have also acknowledged them..I was told that they waiting for the meeting of board of directors to release the funds since from February and no one knows when will the meeting be held while they were deducting monies on time but when they need to pay it out,it becomes a hassle/problem I have sent numerous queries to them on several occasions and I was/am still been sent to pillar to post
